James 2:1–4

The Sin of Partiality

My brothers,1 wshow no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, xthe Lord of glory. For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, You sit here in a good place, ywhile you say to the poor man, You stand over there, or, Sit down at my feet, have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become zjudges with evil thoughts?

James 3:17

17 But rthe wisdom from above is first pure, then speaceable, gentle, open to reason, tfull of mercy and good fruits, uimpartial and vsincere.

Romans 2:11

11 For uGod shows no partiality.

Ephesians 6:9

Masters, do the same to them, band stop your threatening, knowing that che who is both their Master1 and yours is in heaven, and that dthere is no partiality with him.

Colossians 3:25

25 For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality.
